This course has been developed to meet the requirements of individuals who require training in conflict management. The qualification provides learners with the knowledge and understanding in conflict managment. It can also be a useful qualification for individuals who would like a better understanding of how to prevent conflict situations and who would like to gain more confidence in being able to deal with conflict situations should they arise.
The Level 2 Award in Conflict Management is a 2 day course; which will be running from 10am to 5pm.
An exam will be included in this time period
Light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

This course is aimed at individuals who are wanting to gain knowledge and understanding in conflict management.
Learners must be aged 16 and over.

Once you have completed the level 2 award in Conflict Management (RQF) you may decide to go into the public sector, such as reception based roles or the retail industry.
Learners may also decide to go onto one of our other courses.
